We only collect the information we need to reply to your requests. It is never sold or used for advertising. This website uses no cookies for analytics or advertising.

What data, and why?

• Booking request: preferred accommodation, dates, number of guests, first name, last name, email, phone (optional) and message. Purpose: to check availability and reply to you. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and your consent.
• Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone (optional) and message. Purpose: to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent.

Who can see it?

Only us. Forms are sent and stored by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA), which covers these transfers under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long?

Your requests are kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up on any stay, then deleted no later than 3 years after our last exchange.

Cookies and third-party services

• This website sets no cookies. To limit abuse, your browser simply remembers when you last sent a form (local storage, never transmitted).
• The map displays OpenStreetMap tiles: your browser downloads them from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address.
• Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Airbnb take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at cheznous.corse@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
